1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Piggly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Piggly.

2. Description of Service

Piggly is a budgeting app that helps users track spending, manage budgets, and connect bank accounts. We are not a bank or financial advisor. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. You may delete your account at any time through app settings.

4. Subscription & Billing

Piggly offers free and Pro tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service illegally; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer the app; distribute malware; or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Piggly owns all content, features, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes. You retain ownership of your data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Plaid for bank connections and Apple for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee accuracy of financial data. Piggly is not a bank and cannot access or move your funds.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIGGLY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or amounts paid in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Piggly from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. You agree to jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.

12. Dispute Resolution

Contact us at legal@piggly.tech before filing disputes. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
