How do I connect my bank account?

To connect your bank account, go to Settings > Linked Accounts > Connect Bank. You'll be guided through our secure Plaid connection process. Your bank credentials are entered directly into Plaid's secure interface - we never see or store your password.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and we never sell your data to third parties. Bank connections are handled by Plaid, a trusted financial services provider used by thousands of apps. We never see your bank login credentials.

How do I set up a budget?

Go to the Budgets tab and tap "Create Budget." Select a category (like Groceries or Dining), set your monthly limit, and you're done. Piggly will automatically track spending in that category and notify you as you approach your limit.

What's included in Piggly Premium?

Piggly Premium includes unlimited bank connections (free tier allows 2), advanced AI insights, custom categories, spending forecasts, and priority support. You can subscribe monthly ($4.99), annually ($39.99/year - save 33%), or get lifetime access ($99.99 one-time).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Piggly > Cancel. You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data. You can export your transactions, budgets, and account information as CSV or PDF. Your data is yours - you can take it with you anytime.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data from our servers within 30 days. You can also email privacy@piggly.tech to request account deletion.

Why isn't my bank showing transactions?

Transaction syncing can take a few minutes after connecting. If transactions still aren't appearing, try pulling down to refresh on the Transactions screen. Some banks may have a delay of up to 24 hours. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting the bank account.
